When I first started in the field as a life coach and hypnotherapist, saying affirmations and thinking positive thoughts (change your thoughts/change your life) were considered to be the way you went about getting what you wanted. While it seems simple and straight forward, I discovered there was a missing piece to the puzzle in terms of how you go about ‘getting what you want.’ What I discovered is that unless you have positive expectations based on past results nothing changes. In other words, you need a process to go deeper than just what you think you think.  This course will help you do that.
